  1. Bookings are confirmed upon written or electronic confirmation.
  2. Quoted prices are in CAD and may include provincial taxes.
  3. Customer responsibilities include clear access and safe working conditions.
  4. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
  5. We provide recommendations but do not guarantee outcomes beyond stated warranties.
  6. Scope of work is defined in the service estimate or confirmation; changes requested onsite may adjust pricing and timelines.
  7. If safe access is not available at arrival, we may reschedule and apply a call-out fee to cover travel and time.
  8. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing; late balances may accrue interest as permitted by provincial law.
  9. Limitations of liability: to the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  10. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party suppliers, extreme weather, or events beyond reasonable control.
  11. Technicians may refuse or suspend work if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to structural instability or hazardous materials.
  12. Materials may be substituted with equivalent or superior quality when original items are unavailable, at no extra cost to the customer.
  13. By receiving service, you consent to reasonable pre/post work documentation (photos/notes) used solely for service records and warranty.
  14. Personal information is used to schedule, deliver, and bill services in accordance with applicable privacy regulations; no sale of personal data.
  15. Customer-initiated cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to appointment incur no fee; within 24 hours, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.
  16. If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of any prepayments.
  17. Pre-service inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise specified; hidden defects may require additional work and quote.
  18. Warranties apply only to workmanship we perform and materials we supply; misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations void coverage.
  19. To file a service concern, notify us within 7 days of completion to allow inspection and remediation.
  20. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.
  21. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  22. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
