Terms of Service
- Bookings are confirmed upon written or electronic confirmation.
- Quoted prices are in CAD and may include provincial taxes.
- Customer responsibilities include clear access and safe working conditions.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- We provide recommendations but do not guarantee outcomes beyond stated warranties.
- Scope of work is defined in the service estimate or confirmation; changes requested onsite may adjust pricing and timelines.
- If safe access is not available at arrival, we may reschedule and apply a call-out fee to cover travel and time.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing; late balances may accrue interest as permitted by provincial law.
- Limitations of liability: to the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party suppliers, extreme weather, or events beyond reasonable control.
- Technicians may refuse or suspend work if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to structural instability or hazardous materials.
- Materials may be substituted with equivalent or superior quality when original items are unavailable, at no extra cost to the customer.
- By receiving service, you consent to reasonable pre/post work documentation (photos/notes) used solely for service records and warranty.
- Personal information is used to schedule, deliver, and bill services in accordance with applicable privacy regulations; no sale of personal data.
- Customer-initiated cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to appointment incur no fee; within 24 hours, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.
- If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of any prepayments.
- Pre-service inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise specified; hidden defects may require additional work and quote.
- Warranties apply only to workmanship we perform and materials we supply; misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations void coverage.
- To file a service concern, notify us within 7 days of completion to allow inspection and remediation.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
